Icahn Wins Chairman’s Seat at ImClone

Biotech drug maker ImClone Systems said Wednesday that it named financier Carl Icahn as its new chairman. The announcement was a formal acknowledgement that Mr. Icahn, who has been pressuring the company for months and making inroads on its board, will be calling the shots from here.
